At Willowmere, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at contact@mail.willowmerewear.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the reason for your return

  3. Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our support team will respond with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mail.willowmerewear.com. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process after delivery.
